Willow Bend Country Club is a full-service banquet facility. We offer the finest traditional meals as well as some of our own creations. We will accommodate YOUR specific needs as well. Just let us know what you're looking for and leave the rest to us!
Banquet Arrangement Information
We have a variety of rooms and set-ups available to suit your event:
The Main Dining Room
The Main Dining Room can accommodate 250 guests for a sit-down meal. $500.00The Board Room
The Board Room is exceptional for small events and meetings. It seats up to 40 guests and includes a built-in large dry-erase board and screen. $100.00The Lower Level Conference Room
The Lower Level Conference Room works well for private meetings and all day seminars. It accommodates up to 70 guests for a sit-down dinner. $150.00
Also available is the wraparound veranda and lower level porch for outdoor events, BBQs, and extra seating. The Main Dining Room can be sectioned off for more intimate events. All events will have a linen charge of $1.50 per person + 17.5% gratuity + 7.0% tax. Call to reserve an appointment with Renee, Willow Bend's own Event Consultant.
Please add $20.00 charge for catered parties with less than 20 people.

Deposit and Cancellations: A deposit is required on all banquets. If the banquet is cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to the date, a full refund will be made. Otherwise, the deposit is nonrefundable and the member will be responsible for any food, beverage or service expenditure made by the Club in preparation for the banquet. During December, fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation is required to avoid food, beverage, banquet or service charges.
Food and Beverage: All food and beverage must be purchased from Willow Bend Country Club and no leftover food will be taken home. The Club has a complete selection of wines, liquors, beers, and beverages to complement any menu choice. It is the Club policy that no liquor, wine or food be brought into the Club from outside sources. We will refuse alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 21. We also reserve the right to refuse service when deemed necessary.
Guarantee: A final head count is required seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event. Final bill is determined by final count number or number of guests which attended - whichever is greater.
Liability: The Club shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or article left on the premises prior to, during or following a function. The member shall be liable for any injury or damage caused by any event participant.

At Willow Bend, our chefs don't just cook, they CREATE! 2 or more "Stations" provide a variety and sophistication - guests enjoy the entertainment of watching the attendants prepare and serve their meal right in front of them!
Minimum of 25 people guaranteed; for all stations under 25 guests add $2.00 per person. All stations are open for two hours. Additional time will be $10.00 per attendant per station.
